Jane is the Logistics & Supply Chain course Director and lecturer at the National Maritime College of Ireland and CIT in Supply Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Strategy and Human Resource Management, for both the logistics and maritime sectors. Jane is a beneficiary of 20 years industry management and consultancy experience, in electronics, pharmaceuticals and public sector, encompassing all aspects of Supply Chain and Business Management. Jane is a Fellow (FIIPMM), past president, and graduate of the Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management; a graduate of APICS (American Supply Chain Institute) and an active member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT). Jane holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Business in Management degrees, Masters in Business Studies, Post Graduate qualifications in Education and in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education, and finalising a PhD from University College Cork.

Paul leads the SIGMA research Group. He has consulted on a wide range of projects ranging from start-up technology companies to managing projects for global corporations. He is funded under national and international research schemes such as the EU FP7 and Horizon 2020 programmes where he oversees research in data analytics, machine learning and high performance computing.
